Message from Managing Director

As the Managing Director of Utah Voices, I want to thank you for taking the time to learn more about us. I began thinking about forming a choir in the summer of 2009, and when the opportunity arose, I immediately contacted Dr. Michael Huff, of whom I have had the pleasure of working with previously. As the idea of creating a choir started to  become a reality, it was clear to me that this was something I could not do on my own. From the beginning of Utah Voices, I have been fortunate enough to be surrounded and supported by a group of talented, hardworking and exceptional individuals who so graciously volunteered to serve on the board of directors and have really made this experience so successful.

It has been one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever had to see the idea of Utah Voices actually become a reality. We have a phenomenal group of singers. They have already shown so much determination, dedication and spirit in the short amount of time we have had together. 

We are so lucky to have the wonderful and talented Dr. Huff and Kelly DeHaan as our director and associate conductor, respectively. None of this would be possible without the never-ending support and hard work of the other members of the board of directors. We all believe in the mission of Utah Voices, which is to provide a unique, memorable, musical experience for our singers and for those who attend our concerts.

It is my hope and desire that Utah Voices continues on throughout the years as a strong, viable and creatively exceptional choir that has the presence and power to make a permanent mark in the community.
